OUR RETURNS POLICY
We hope that you enjoy your purchase from AlessiaAdora Lifestyle Inc. However, we know it can be tricky ordering things online so we are pleased to offer returns and exchanges.
You have 30 days after your item is shipped to have it back in our hands. Once you submit your request you will be provided with the return information related to the product you have purchased. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
All returns MUST be in 100% new condition, unused with all the original tags in place. Please ensure that the product is packaged safely, as we cannot accept damaged returns. Once we have received your return item, we will then refund your credit card or issue you with a store credit gift card for the charges within 7 business days.

OUR REFUND POLICY
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund. If the period of 30 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can't, unfortunately, offer you a refund.
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
- Product is defective
- Product is not as described
- Product must be in original packaging
- Product must be new and unused
- Product must not be damaged
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund. As a small business, we do cannot cover the return shipping cost or offer pre-paid shipping labels.
PROOF OF PURCHASE
To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order number, confirmation email or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.
SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be returned.
