December is a big month in our household – in addition to Christmas and New Years’ Eve, we also get to celebrate Alessia’s birthday on December 6, making the last month of the year a whirlwind of decorations, delicious food, laughter, and wrapping paper.
As a chill creeps into the November air and the days get shorter, we realize that another year has nearly passed, and we begin to reflect upon the lessons and transformations that another yearly cycle brings.
Mirabela and Alessia have never been the biggest fan of in-person Black Friday shopping. Of course, for many people, Black Friday is a cherished part of their holiday routine, but we’ve just never been a fan of the crowds, the noise, and all the unnecessary chaos that comes along with this ritual.
As the seasons change and a chill nips into the air, it’s the time of year when many of us start shopping for a winter weather wardrobe update for ourselves and our families.
At times like these, when the world is changing so rapidly, showing us challenging new surprises each day, it is worth pausing to ask yourself: Are you really living your life, or merely existing?
For our children, holidays are some of the most important times of their lives, things they look forward to all year long. No parent ever wants to tell their child they have to miss out on holiday, but as October of 2020 draws near, many safety-conscious parents are worried that they may have to disappoint their little ones with news that trick-or-treating will not be possible this year.
Across everything, from beauty products to food and drinks, labels such as ‘natural,’ ‘organic,’ and ‘bio’ are pasted onto the products. And if you are anything like me, always looking for healthier choices, it’s might be very confusing to understand which one is right for you.
At AlessiaAdora, we believe in the power of connection and the power of community. That’s why we’re launching an exclusive club that can bring us even closer together, creating a digital community with all our readers across the world.

Mirabela always loved interior design, but never got the chance to turn it into a career. However, when Alessia was born, she realized that she was surrounded by opportunities to use her passion to make the world a more beautiful place.
Thanks to recent social distancing measures that affect businesses and schools, most of us are spending a lot more time at home with our families this summer and autumn.
When she was a little girl, Mirabela always dreamed of having a Siberian husky. When she grew up, she finally got what she had always wished for- and a little more besides!
Would you believe that leggings were invented way back in the 14th century? More on that later, but since then, they have become a staple in every closet, and it looks like it’s here to stay.
Back-to-school 2020 is looking a lot different than the start of a typical school year. The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted every one of our routines, but this global health threat has been especially tough on our youth.
Take a few moments to think about the food you have stocked in your kitchen right now. Do you have a couple of avocados on the counter, ripening for breakfast toast or a taco night?
Especially in chaotic times like these, wellness is crucial. Here at AlessiaAdora, we want to help promote all aspects of physical and mental wellness to nourish both the body and the soul.
Before Alessia was born, I thought color wasn’t for me. My wardrobe consisted of mostly neutrals, with little variation. But Alessia helped me see the world in a less “black and white” way.
In a time when hope can often feel distant, AlessiaAdora is proud to announce our collection, “Streets of Hope,” a selection of lovingly designed apparel and home goods inspired by six-year-old Alessia’s mission to spread hope in a time of pandemic.
