AlessiaAdora is a mother and daughter brand, located in Western Canada. AlessiaAdora represents the combined efforts of two generations of passionate, and dedicated women with a mission to bring beautifully designed products for a joyful and sustainable lifestyle.

AlessiaAdora is a brand that puts ideas of community, hope, and togetherness at its helm and considers these to be its guiding principles.

AlessiaAdora gets its name from my daughter, Alessia. It’s Italian for “Alessia Loves,” as in, “My amazingly perceptive daughter and I don’t sell anything we don’t love, because that would waste your time.”

We know you have busy, stressful lives, and we appreciate every moment of the time you choose to spend with us. Which is why it is our solemn promise to you - AlessiaAdora will never offer you a product we don’t truly love.

We research them, test them, and use them ourselves. If we don’t love them, you won’t see them in our store. It’s that simple!

For now, we only ship to North America.

All products are shipped by AlessiaAdora Lifestyle Inc from our warehouse in Maple Ridge, British Columbia, Canada.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on location. Once you add the items to your cart and select your country from the list, you will see the shipping cost.

All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Please allow 2-4 business days for orders to be processed after your purchase is complete.

Shipping within Canada and US:

Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
Express Shipping: 2-3 business days

Every country has different regulations on how they handle imported goods. We recommended you visit this Duty Calculator to get an estimate of what you will be charged when the package arrives. We do not pre-pay or cover any import fees.

We typically ship orders in 2-4 business days after they are placed. When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24 hours for the link to activate. If you have any questions about your order, email info@alessiaadora.com.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from AlessiaAdora. Items in new condition (unworn/unwashed) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.  

Any items used or not in the original condition will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, please email us at info@alessiaadora.com and we’ll make things right.

Because we are a small business, we are not able to cover the return shipping cost or provide prepaid shipping labels.

We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diner's Club and Discover or direct payments through Paypal, ApplePay, Google Pay
and Shop Pay.

SALE ITEMS

Discounted sale prices are offered on marked and in stock items only during that particular sale period and only on the products advertised in that particular sale.

We will not refund the sale discount amount on any previous purchases. Sale prices are available whilst inventory permits only.

All items marked as final sale are not eligible for any refund or exchange on that particular product.

PROMO CODES

Our ongoing promotional codes, such as newsletter sign up, are only valid on full price items. Sale items and collaboration collections are excluded from this additional discount. 

Seasonal and one-time event promotional sale codes are valid only for use during the time period stated in the newsletter or advertisement for that particular sale. Unless otherwise stated, sale items will be excluded from these codes.

All codes will only apply to new orders and cannot be applied retroactively under any circumstance. These codes allow only one use per customer and cannot be combined for greater discount with any other promotional code.
